This helps us verify your use of ApartmentMonster.com to find the property. Not telling the property you used ApartmentMonster.com may jeopardize your chances of receiving your cash reward. |

You must have signed a new lease on the property, the lease must be at least 90 days in length, the lease must be in your name and you must be listed as an occupant. |

You must notify Premier Apartment Finder Inc through it’s website ApartmentMonster.com that you have rented the property within 60 days of signing the lease. |

You must have moved into the property. |

The authorized agent for the property has confirmed that you located the property through ApartmentMonster.com and meet the terms of this offer. |

Only one cash back claim per lease is allowed. If there are multiple requests, the first request received and confirmed will be accepted and all other requests will be denied. |

You are not eligible for cash back if you are renewing a lease or you accepted another cash back offer related to the property. |

Offer is void where prohibited. This offer may be terminated or amended at any time by Premier Apartment Finder Inc through it’s website ApartmentMonster.com, however, all requests for cash back received prior to termination or amendment that are eligible for the promotional payment will be honored if all criteria are satisfied. |

Once you provide Premier Apartment Finder Inc with all requested information and have satisfied all terms of this offer, you will receive your cash back only and when Premier Apartment Finder Inc is paid by the apartment management /owner which may take approximately 6-12 weeks or more. If for any reason the apartment manager/owner refuses to pay Premier Apartment Finder Inc it’s success fee, then the tenant will not be paid. |
